Raja becomes successful and wealthy in a short span of time. He also meets Kajal, Kamini's niece, who falls in love with him. Raja is unaware of Kajal's feelings and considers her as a friend.
Meanwhile, Anjali is unhappy with her marriage to Vikram, who turns out to be a cruel and abusive husband. She tries to escape from him several times, but fails. She also learns that Raja has become a rich man and still loves her. She decides to leave Vikram and reunite with Raja.
However, fate has other plans for them. Raja gets involved in a car accident and loses his memory. He forgets everything about his past, including Anjali. He decides to find out the truth about his past and confronts Kamini. Kamini confesses everything to him and apologizes for her deception. She tells him that Anjali is his true love and that he should go back to her.
Raja rushes to meet Anjali, who is about to leave the country with Vikram. He stops them at the airport and declares his love for Anjali. He also tells Vikram that he is ready to fight for Anjali's happiness.
Vikram challenges Raja to a duel and shoots him in the chest. Raja falls down bleeding, but manages to get up and shoot Vikram back. Both of them collapse on the ground.
